The low-temperature spray dryer uses a unique DACTS dry air system to achieve efficient drying of materials under low-temperature conditions (for example, the inlet air temperature can be as low as 35°C) by converting air into a solvent-carrying medium. This technology can effectively protect the active ingredients and physical properties of heat-sensitive materials, and is suitable for all types of materials that are sensitive to temperature.

Function of dry air system?:
This system converts air into a solvent-carrying medium, and through a specially designed air flow path, the air can efficiently carry solvent molecules (moisture or other volatile components) away from the material under low temperature conditions (for example, the inlet air temperature can be as low as 35°C).
Low temperature drying process?:
The liquid material is dispersed into micron-sized droplets through the atomization device to increase the surface area.
The low-temperature hot air and atomized droplets are fully contacted in the drying chamber, the solvent evaporates quickly, and the material is always in a low-temperature environment.
The dried particles are collected through a separation system, and the waste gas is discharged after treatment.
